  The booking process was easy. The instructions were received in a timely manner and very clear. The house was nice. There were a few things about the house that we would have changed that may just be personal preference. The beds were very loud. It was like there was still plastic on them. When sleeping in the front room, you could hear the person that was sleeping in the loft move around on their bed. The loft was usually quite a bit hotter than the downstairs area. And finally, we did find a few roaches in the home. There were a few in the kitchen and the front master closet area.

  Onlybad thing was there were not enough face and bath towels for all the guest luckily I brought my own. We had a couple's weekend and we all enjoyed our stay and we will definitely rent this property again.

  House layout is great. Fully equipped. Nice back porch. Neighborhood is quiet and easy access to highway. Only takes a few minutes to get to Branson. Negative is the mattresses on the beds. Owner either needs to add memory foam toppers or buy new mattresses for all the beds.

  We arrived on Friday about 4:30 and found the villa very easily with the directions we were given. What a beautiful villa and everything was exactly what we expected. Beautiful layout, close to the grocery store in Hollister as we cooked breakfast both mornings. We enjoyed The Landing on Friday night, went to Silver Dollar City Saturday and back to The Landing Saturday evening. Beds were comfortable and it was a great weekend. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends and relatives.

  Two friends and I just spent 4 days and 3 nights in Branson and Regal Retreat. Our villa was perfect - very clean and attractively decorated - just as it was described in the literature. We would definitely stay at Regal Retreat again and would highly recommend it to anyone going to Branson. Shows were great, especially Amazing Acrobats of Shanghai, all shows at Knights Castle, and Moses. Lots of good food also. Be sure and check lunch/dinner at Keeter Center at College of the Ozarks. Buckinghams had awesome steaks. Grand Village is good for shopping and lunch. The Landings is a fun place for the whole family. Stay at Regal Retreat at Branson Creek for a great stay in Branson.

  Beautifully decorated unit in Hollister turned out to be a pleasant surprise this year. Location was perfect for getting around to shopping, theaters and especially to groceries without jumping into the line of cars on hwy 76. Pool was small and crowded on this hot weekend, but the unit was roomy enough for cards or dominoes together. Wish it had 3 full baths as advertised.

  The condo has a very spacious and open kitchen/family room area. We enjoyed this area very much. The kitchen was beautiful and looked brand new. The deck that is outside facing the water and fountain is also beautiful and relaxing to sit there.
  The pool is great for kids and is convenient. The location of this area is great - it is quick and easy to get to 76 or the Landing.
  I would just make a few changes - it would be nice to have a BBQ pit on the deck. Also, this property says it sleeps 8, but there are only 6 chairs for dining inside. Since it rained, we couldn't eat outside and there weren't enough chairs for everyone to eat dinner.
  Don't miss the Moses show at the Sight and Sound Theatre - it is fantastic!

  We make a trip down every year to play Buffalo Ridge (formely Branson Creek). The condo was just down the road from Buffalo Ridge and was not only convienient, but was very comfortable for a group of four. We will definately book this again.
