  We spent two nights in this rental. It was very clean upon arrival. I loved the decor and how peaceful it was there. We set out on the back porch and watch gray squirrels and even saw a few deer. It was a great location for all the fun things to do in Branson. I would highly recommend this place and we would stay there again. Our bed was a little softer than we are used to but if we had checked the other beds there were a couple that were firmer. Communication with the owners were outstanding. There was two plugins in the back right bathroom that were out and the coffee pot was very slow to make coffee. We left the owners a note because you probably wouldn't know these thing unless you stayed there.

  My family stayed at Kings Palace with my sisters family and parents and had a wonderful time. The location is absolutely fantastic with an easy route to everywhere in Branson. There is so much place at the villa and the back deck is a great way to spend time with the family.

  We had a good experience in this house. Loved the living area where we could all hang out together. The bedrooms with attached bathrooms for each room were very nice. Had trouble with everyone having a hot shower. Had to wait a while for water to reheat. Only other issue we had was that there was not enough hand soap in bathrooms. Made it hard to wash our hands.

  Beautiful town and great place to visit. My family has stayed in these condos before with a great experience. However, they were disappointed in this condominium. It’s large with many amenities and a wonderful location, but the condo was not clean, trash under the bed, dusty, three family members had allergy issues and one child broke out in a rash.

  We've stayed in several different higher end properties in Branson, but Kings Palace is one of the best, especially for golf and easy access to shows and shopping. It is located in the beautiful Branson Hills golf course development and you have access to the clubhouse and pool (but no golf discounts). We especially liked the floor plan for our group of four couples. Each bedroom had a full bath and were basically identical so there was no conflict over who got the master bedroom! The kitchen and living area provided a nice gathering place in the evenings. If you've ever been to Branson, you know that 76 highway can be a slow mess with all the traffic. This location has easy access to alternate and faster routes around town. Restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores are close by and a rec center with a large aquatic area is right across the road. The property does not have wireless internet, but cell phone signal strength was good. We would definitely stay there again.

  We have stayed in this and other Villas at this location before. We have always been pleased. Until, this time the Villa needs some attention. Nor was it as clean as it had been in the past. There are not enough towels and not enough soap left to wash them. There is no hot water. We had large hair balls in sheets and the sheets are very worn.

  This is the second year we have stayed at King's Palace.We use it for a women's family weekend.The open floor plan allows room to gather and visit.Great location.Kitchen could include more pans, bowls, but if you don't plan on any cooking it's fine.We noticed a little more wear and tear this year, rugs, coffee 's extremely clean!Two towels per guest would be great.   This rental was easy to locate and very accessible to all parts of Branson. The house was clean with nothing more than normal wear and tear of the furnishings and everything was in good condition. The swimming area was very nicely kept by the country club and there was a snack bar available to all swimmers if they desired to use it. Any questions that we had were promptly answered by the rental company's agent on call. Overall all of my vacationing party was very pleased with our stay at the King's Palace, if we were to return to Branson we would hope that it would be available again for us to rent. I highly recommend the King's Palace.

  Wonderful quiet neighborhood! The house was very clean but we have stayed in several VRBO's and this one definitely had the least amount of extras. Not one extra towel and just a small amount of paper towels and toilet paper and soap. The hot water heater is Way too small for 10 people. We could only do a couple showers before running out. Therefore the washer and dryer could not be used either because we ran out of hot water in the rest of the house if you tried to do any laundry. There are not any curtains or blinds on the front door or the deck doors where the sofa sleeper is so if you plan to sleep out there bring sheets to hang over the windows or maybe they will get coverings on.Overall nice house great neighborhood but lacks some amenities.

  We had a great stay at King's Palace. We each had our own bedroom and large bathroom. The rental was clean and furnished beautifully. It had a large open common area where we could all visit, watch our favorite football team(Razorbacks beating LSU) and play cards. The fireplace turned on at a flip of the switch but when we turned it off, it did have a vibration noise that continued for some time which needs to be repaired. On day two, I noticed the shower water was not as hot but it could have been because several showers were in use at the same time. That probably needs to be checked since there were only four of us and two of us noticed we didn't have very hot water. The location was great and very quiet. We will definitely stay again.

  The overall stay was average. The best thing about the house was there is a lot of room in the living area, kitchen and dining. The dining table was large enough for our group, but not good for playing cards! My husband received a very large splinter under his fingernail! The table is rough. The appliances were cheap. The filtered water from the fridge had fragments floating in it. There weren't enough cleaning supplies provided, i.e hand soap, dish soap or packets for the dishwasher. We couldn't do all our dishes because of this and had to hand wash a lot. Not enough kitchen towels, no paper towels, not enough toilet paper. The toilet paper was awful quality. The beds and bedrooms are very small. Not enough room for playards and families with kids. The bedding and bath towels were itchy and very low quality. Not enough blankets and the rooms were super cold at night. The thermostat didn't work correctly. The bath rug in front of our shower was dirty and the showers were cold! Hot water heater is not big enough for 4 bathrooms. We had an awesome experience in our cabin from sunset reality last year. We won't be staying at this one again and I don't recommend it if you have medium to high expectations. The name of this unit should not be called King's Palace.

  I have 2 children and without a yard and playground we got stir crazy
